The new Asian Football Confederation (AFC) Governance Reform Task Force has recently examined in detail the FIFA reforms, and has also created a detailed AFC Whistleblower Policy.

FIFA has implemented the AFC rules in terms of presidential term limits and a minimum quota of female Executive Committee members. On the other hand, the AFC has set an age limit for its President and Executive Committee members, so as implemented the recommendations of a report on governance in different areas to improve its development.
