In order to enhance transparency, FIFA’s Circular letter 1519  requires to its member associations to make publicly available the names of all their registered intermediaries, by the end of March.

Likewise, the associations shall register in the ITMS the name of the intermediaries and the commision paid in the international operations in which they have been involved, as well as the obligation to upload into the ITMS the employment contract and the transfer agreement.

In this way, FIFA Disciplinary Committee delegates its obligation to monitoring of the minimum standards of member associations to the FIFA TMS GmbH Integrity and Compliance Department.
