FIFA has recently published a new circular on youth football development, whose aim is to support domestic youth footbal leagues.

Through this program, they will offer assistance to the associations in order to encourage them to be more active in the running of these domestic youth football leagues. These projects will adapt to every specific situation and will be supported for a period of two years, covering different areas from consultancy to financial assistance.

Those associations interested in this programme must have to comply with some conditions, that can be found in this circular.
