The British Horseracing Authority and Geoff Banks have finally resolved their legal dispute over an incident involving speculative bid during the Gigaset International Stakes at Ascot last July 2015.

The parties agreed to dimisss the proceedings against the BHA, while the BHA agreed to make a contribution to the legal costs incurred by Mr. Banks in relation with the proceedings.
